By leveraging AI, WooAtson helps store owners manage inventory, analyze customer behavior, generate sales reports, and enhance marketing strategies seamlessly.

WooAtson integrates with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, and Meta Ads, via WhatsApp, allowing for data-driven decision-making and automated workflows to improve efficiency and sales performance. By registering and using WooAtson, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Description of the Service

WooAtson provides a comprehensive suite of AI-powered tools designed to automate and optimize e-commerce operations. These tools include product and customer management, inventory tracking, automated discount application, order processing, and advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making. WooAtson allows users to analyze sales trends, monitor inventory levels, update product details, track customer interactions, manage discount campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts with AI-driven insights. It provides automated solutions for repetitive tasks, ensuring seamless store operations and enhanced business efficiency. Additionally, WooAtson simplifies inventory, streamlines order fulfillment, and facilitates data-driven advertising strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). We offer a 14-day free trial to allow new users to explore the platform’s full range of functionalities and assess its usability before committing to a subscription.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Users must register and provide valid, up-to-date information to use WooAtson.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.

• WooAtson operates as an AI assistant that only performs actions based on explicit user requests. It does not execute actions independently and all tasks performed within your e-commerce store are initiated by you.

• The WooAtson dashboard includes a dedicated section where users can review all requests made to the AI assistant, allowing for full transparency and oversight.

• Users acknowledge that WooAtson may generate errors, and they are responsible for verifying and validating the results of any actions performed through the platform.

• WooAtson is not liable for any unintended outcomes, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from AI-generated actions. Users must review modifications made within their e-commerce store and ensure accuracy before proceeding with further actions.

3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

• New users receive a 14-day free trial, which grants full access to WooAtson's features.

• After the trial period ends, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

• No refunds are provided, as the free trial period allows users to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed via PayPal for international users and Mercado Pago for users in Chile.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless the user cancels before the next billing cycle.

• Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

• No refunds are issued for completed payments since a 14-day free trial is available to evaluate the service and its performance.

• Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Data Protection and Security

• WooAtson securely stores user data on Microsoft Azure cloud servers, using advanced encryption for privacy and security.

• The only point of contact between the user and WooAtson it's WhatsApp.

• User data is not publicly accessible and can only be accessed through authorized Azure applications.

• We follow best practices to ensure data integrity and security.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

• Users agree to use WooAtson for legitimate business purposes only.

• The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access, prompt injection or hacking attempts.

  • Use of WooAtson for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Sharing or reselling access to WooAtson without permission.

Failure to comply may result in the termination of the user’s account without a refund.

8. Service Availability and Updates

• We strive to ensure the highest uptime and availability for WooAtson.

• However, scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected downtime may occur, during which the service might be temporarily unavailable.

• WooAtson reserves the right to update or modify features at any time to improve the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WooAtson provides analytical tools and recommendations, but users are fully responsible for their business decisions and actions taken using the platform.

• WooAtson does not execute any action on its own initiative; all operations are based on explicit user requests. Users must ensure that they carefully review and validate each request made to WooAtson.

• We are not liable for financial losses, business interruptions, unintended modifications, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

• Users acknowledge that WooAtson may generate errors, misinterpret inputs, or provide recommendations that require further user validation. It is the user's responsibility to verify and review all actions after implementation within their e-commerce store.

• WooAtson is not responsible for incorrect inventory updates, misapplied discounts, unintended product modifications, or any other inaccuracies resulting from user-directed actions.

• Users must regularly review the WooAtson dashboard, which logs all AI-generated requests, to ensure accuracy and compliance with their business operations.

• Results may vary based on external factors beyond WooAtson’s control, including but not limited to changes in third-party platform APIs, algorithmic variations, and data discrepancies.

10. Modifications to the Terms of Service

• WooAtson reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Significant changes will be communicated via email or a platform announcement.

• Continued use of WooAtson after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
